Carolina Farm Trust is a nonprofit organization that manages a network of urban farms in the Charlotte Metro area, including one in Huntersville. Their goal is to make the area a global leader in sustainability by feeding the region with food from local farms. Joining me to discuss the mission of Carolina Farm Trust is the organization’s Executive Director, Zack Wyatt.
