In this episode, we are chatting about developing a healthy relationship with exercise, what that looks like and how our own relationships to exercise have evolved over time. 

Our biggest tips? Gratitude for your body, finding movement that you really enjoy, ditch the standards of what exercise needs to look like and find what works for you, show kindness to your body and allow it to rest, move with friends and live an active life. Long story short, do what works for you and brings you ENJOYMENT.
