In this episode I talk to Blythe Landry who is a Trauma, Grief and Addiction Coach.
We talk about her experiences growing up New Orleans as the youngest child, which for her was almost like being an only child because she was so much younger than her siblings. The effects that addiction had on her family and her mental health and by how eventually recognising and facing these issues head on she was able to, heal herself and turn her life around to become a completely different person.
This is such an interesting and insightful interview that will really get you thinking. So without further ado, lets get started.
