BBB 62: WHY I'm Doing 75 Hard AGAIN | 75 HARD Day 2

Yep, I'm doing 75 Hard AGAIN. I first took this challenge in late 2019, ending when snow was beginning to fall and it was COLD! 75 Hard, while it requires a LOT of extra 'stuff' during your day, it really helped to structure my days in a way where I was able to get MORE done. It sounds really counter-intuitive, but 75 Hard, while difficult, really made a profound impact on me.
