Follow host Trevor as he dives into the art of smoking meat, sharing mouth watering recipes, cooking tips and sharing hilarious stories about the farm-to-table lifestyle, love of the outdoors and the food that brings people together. Whether you’re a seasoned pit master or just getting started, each episode will inspire you to fire up the pit and elevate your BBQ game.
Trevor grew up in the Yukon territory in Northern Canada. His family was big into hunting, trapping and fishing which gave him a unique perspective into smoking meat, food preservation and whole animal butchery.
”I’ve always been a big fan of smoked meat and barbeque. My work provided me an avenue to travel frequently throughout Canada and the US where I was able to try many different types of BBQ and flavour profiles. Work eventually landed me in Alberta, Canada where we bought a farm, started raising animals, built a large offset smoker and the rest is history.”
