Story 1: Dybbuk Box - Don't buy antiques from people you don't know. A small chest could end up being possessed by a demon, or a coffee cup you bought at the local market could have an attachment you didn't expect. None-the-less, be cautious when buying used furniture.

Story 2: The Farm from Hell: In 1922 a stranger showed up to a house in a small village in Germany. Footsteps led up to the front door and seemingly disappeared into the house. Six months later the family was massacred. These murders are still unsolved to this day.
