As a self-proclaimed personal development junky, Brooke's true passion is seeing success through others. With a consistent track record as a top producer in real estate since 2010, a bullet-proof mindset, and over a decade of hiring professional coaches herself, Brooke pours her knowledge and experience into others through the power of coaching.

Brooke's coaching program, which started in one real estate office with just a few agents in 2021, quickly expanded to a company wide opportunity for all agents within the brokerage (consisting of 45 offices throughout Michigan and Indiana). Over 80 Realtors have been through her program, and due to the tremendous success they achieve, the program is rapidly growing!  As a certified John C. Maxwell coach, trainer, and speaker, Brooke also enjoys pouring into management teams on the topic of leadership.

Brooke is also the author of the book "UnCaged, Break Free by Changing Your Inner Voice." Brooke says, "My mission is to help others see their own worth and break free from the lies and limits we place on ourselves.  As a young, single mom of 2, I felt broken and blamed my circumstances and others for why I was not living up to my potential.  In 2015, my mother (my best friend) passed suddenly from a car accident and my life was shaken.  Although I had been on my own personal growth journey for some time prior, I quickly realized this is not a dress rehearsal and it's time to take control of my life.  Now, walking with others through their own personal growth journey, helping them grow into their vision, and witnessing real transformation is the most rewarding thing I can do with my life."
