Small Steps:

  1. Create consistent sleep patterns.
  2. Don't snack 2-3 hours before bed.
  3. Practice proper breathing.
  4. Move your body more.
  5. Sauna.
  6. Take cold showers.
  7. Be aware of your sugar intake (no more than 30-40 grams per day).
  8. Meditate.
