Is Youth Sports Still the Same?
The youth sports landscape has changed dramatically. What used to be fun, inclusive, and about teamwork now often revolves around early specialization, high-level travel teams, and burnout for young athletes. In this video, I reflect on my experiences as a kid playing in local leagues compared to what my son faces today.
