As a former Division 1 baseball player, Donny’s journey into Personal Development, Yoga & Mindfulness began in 2005, after seven operations on his left knee and an addiction to painkillers. Fast forward to today, Donny has over nine years of sobriety, and has become one of the dynamic leaders in his industry working with some of the top professional athletes and high performers in the world on mindset, yoga, life coaching and mindfulness. 

Donny is a professional speaker, a transformation coach, the co-host of Comeback Stories Podcast, and leads classes, workshops and seminars across the world. He’s the creator of “The Shift” Transformational Coaching, a Personal Development Private Coaching program for high performers and athletes. Donny challenges each client to explore their edge, find comfort in the discomfort, move and breathe with purpose, and develop an every day practice of intention and presence.
