Ep 6.1 - Back Straight Bonus Episode! Matthew Lavery and Neill Weir

Did someone say Bonus Episode?! We could not wait to drop these two interviews that we recorded with North Belfast Harrier Matthew Lavery and Willowfield Temperance Harrier Neill Weir.

Matthew recently qualified for the European Cross Country in Brussels and we thought it would be a great opportunity to hear from him how on how he is going prior to the race! Matthew has some stellar performances to his name and we can't wait to see how he gets on in Belgium!

Neill Weir, on the other end of the spectrum, rode his bicycle from Belfast to Berlin and then ran a 2:43 marathon! We know this doesn't sound believable so you'll just have to listen in to hear how he did it! Thanks for listening and we will catch you all next week for Episode 7.
