Callum destroyed the legendary 4-minute barrier at the BMC Belfast and we were lucky enough to hear directly from the man himself. On top of the BMC we recap a tonne of other races including the Lisburn Half Marathon and 10k, Downpatrick 5k, Comber 10k + loads more. Danny and Michael also get chatting about race pricing and the upcoming Irish Nationals at Morton Stadium in Dublin!
