Karen is home from hospital after have a full knee replacment.

She is doing fantastic already, managing stairs and getting arouind the house.

A big shout out to Ruby & Dom at the gym in helping her to prepare for the operartion.

A massive shout out to out brilliant meighbours Susie & Brian and Lisa for being there and encouraging Karen.

A really big massive shout out to the whole team at the Park Hospital Nottingham who were and are the best ever, thank you for really looking after Karen.
