We’ve been following Dan for a long time and were lucky enough to have him as a guest to chat all things sleep. Dan discusses how he found himself steeped in sleep research, his basic recommendations for good sleep, and then he gets into some fascinating detail on everything from our internal “master clocks” to how sleep hormones directly impact the bacteria in our gut. This episode is for those who want to learn new and very interesting things when it comes to sleep!
