We all know that the last two years in all businesses were not normal. Automotive dealers and OEMs were not immune to the changes brought on by "COVID" and in some cases, mistakes were made in terms of how we dealt with customers and how "Vendors" dealt with their "Dealers" and OEM clients.
This reality existed across multiple industries from travel to hospitality to grocery etc. The simple fact is we need to get better in 2023 and the "Hangover" period from the highly profitable market over the past 24-36 months must be dealt with as we move forward.
