For our second ARP TEMPO edition, Geoff and Neil talk to prolific NZ trail runner Scotty Hawker.  Scotty tells the boys about his challenging year of running in 2018, dealing with low moments, recalling his previous successes and some excellent insights into his 3rd place at UTMB this year. Scotty also explains the role his family have played in his impressive career, and the changes he has made to become a better runner.
