This week's episode is all about us audacious black girls in the workplace and why we not only belong but need to be in the room where decisions are happening.
Sometimes being in those rooms (especially in corporate spaces that may be heavily white and male) can be frustrating as not only a woman but a black woman. But, we still need to be there and feel empowered in those spaces knowing that our presence and voice are needed. We also deserve to feel empowered when we step out on our own and create our businesses/platforms! I also offer some tips to help you feel empowered in any workspace.
