021 Communication: Identifying Your REAL Love Language

We all know that communication is the life-blood of any relationship, but in this episode, Roy challenges the listener to pay more attention to the motives behind their words rather than what actually comes out of their mouths. You will learn that there are really only two "love languages": Fear and Trust. We are either speaking from fear, which makes us conceal in order to control, or we are speaking from trust, which makes us reveal in order to relate.
