There's a lot of great benefits that come from a toning practice. One of them is obviously to allow a more relaxed voice placement: So to make it easier to find a relaxed spoken register.
One of the perks of Vocal Toning, is that it also centers the mind and stimulates the vagus nerve and parasympathetic system to allow your mind to switch to a more peaceful and centred space.
