42. Season of rest

Dropping by in my season of rest to give you an update on my life and all the places you can find me. In this season I am going deep and allowing myself to shed skin. I am most importantly figuring out what it means to truly cultivate my own energy and be grounded in that as I’ve realized that with my current job, I absorb a lot of what’s in the environment.
