What's The Least Worst Option?

What do you do when you are between a rock and a hard place and there are no good options?

Today during our Friday Fire I discuss the idea behind using "The Least Worst Option" during decision making. I talk about using this myself in a life threatening situation as well as how this is used in business decisions and everything in between. We will all, at one point or another, be put in a situation with no good options, all that we have left is to analyze and use the least worst option, decide and commit. I hope this might help your get through a situation with zero good options.
