Confidence and the Cookie Jar

On today's Friday Fire I share some advice for building confidence and overcoming fears and doubt with an easy mental tactic called 'The Cookie Jar'. The idea is when in doubt or a lack of confidence to think about all the accomplishments and proud moments in life to build back up that confidence and keep moving forward.
