Nick is joined with the legendary big water kayaker Benny Marr. Ben talks about how he got into kayaking and some of his favorite rivers and destinations. Then we go deep as he explains how he makes money and in able to continue to travel the world chasing the dream life. Bens also explains how he deals with injuries, his introduction to yoga, nutrition and how he lives out his best and healthiest life all while keeping his passion in paddling and avoids burn out.

We get a good look into the inner working of Benny’s mind and his decisions making band width. This was a super fun interview, and I learned a ton from some of Ben’s long winded answers and it was just a great time. I truly think you are going to love this whether you are looking to follow Ben’s footsteps as an athlete or whether you are just trying to live out your own best life and follow you dreams.
