Today I had the opportunity to speak with extreme kayaker turned real estate mogul, Tao Berman. We dive in deep into Tao's story and how he was able to make a career out of whitewater kayaking by listing to others and always trying to add value. Tao also dives deep into his transition from professional athlete to full time investor and how value add is still at the core of his decisions. Tao gives us the nuts and bolts of his investment strategies and how he believes Cashflow is King. There is lots of value in Tao's approach and insight and if you pay attention you will walk away with more then a couple nuggets of gold.
