Wheel of life podcast! For those of you who are unaware, I like to evaluate my life on a monthly basis in 8 categories to see which areas are strong and evaluate the ones that are weak. Here are the categories that you should rate yourself in 1-10.

In regards to my wheel of life score, this is definitely the worst month of the year and probably the worst month in the past two years. Every category had taken significant hits, thus why I felt very down and out the past week. However, I know what happened in all categories through self-awareness, and then I purged myself from technology and went soul-searching again. Tune in!
