Some people believe their opinion should matter. However, the paradox is when someone tries coaching me that needs to be coached himself. An ex-employee telling me I need to get better in specific areas of my life, yet he moved to a country to marry a woman? A family member calling me selfish, although he/she has their own money?

Drown out the bullshit noise that comes from people who are undeserving of an opinion. Period.
