Imagine this situation. 12 people sitting at the table for lunch. Three people get up to leave, and then the remaining 9 talk about the 3 people that just left. Another three leave and the remaining six do the same thing.
You’d be afraid to leave the table because you’re afraid of what THEY might say.
I had a colleague who would buy snacks for every teacher and then berate them in the teachers room. Another teacher name Paul who absolutely spew hateful rhetoric about a friend — where else?! — in the teacher’s room, and then go out for drinks with that person later on.
Get this, he had cancer removed from his hand earlier that year.
Is that not a wake up sign?! People literally bring the suffering on themselves by showing zero loyalty.
