In the social media era, you have to be big-bad-wolf in order to be accepted by other "alphas." In the coaching realm, if you drink water during an exhausting workout, you're considered "weak." In African American culture, you cannot cry as a man or you would look like the most pathetic human being ever. Meme-fied vulnerability has emerged, but we need to look at it from a different lens.
