I woke up to a message from a girl from India. After responding delightedly to a request, ALL I received was, "no, thanks. I thought it was free."

I get it. People live in impoverished nations, but if you're going to take a test that is already expensive to go to a native English-speaking country that's far more expensive, you're just going to leech your way through life?
