Luis is President & CEO of the Figueroa Produce Market, the local natural food store in Aaron's neighborhood of Highland Park. Luis talks about how he's able to keep prices on organics affordable and why grassfed beef and raw milk are superior to their conventional counterparts. He also talks about upcoming ventures for more specifically tailored natural food stores in the Northeast Los Angeles area.
