Find out all about the winemaking practices, utilising a Solera-system style blending process to articulate the biodynamic winemaking culture. The first in the region to create a red wine, it is mindblowingly good! His aspirations are for evolving into Orange wine production too so watch this space. This is a brilliant example of biodynamics and wine production with low intervention skills to produce award winning wines and definitely worth a listen for anyone studying wine or WSET  qualifications!
