That's right, we are now venturing further afield, not just focusing on the UK wine industry, which is still very important to us, but also finding winemakers and wine estates with new challenges, new information and climatology and so much more.

In the first episode, we speak to the brilliant Mark Le Roux at Waterford Estate in Stellenbosch. He has mastered his craft in a beautiful location and gives us insights into the 19 different parcels of Cabernet Sauvignon that are blended to create the wine in the bottle, the mountain lions that walk through the vineyards at night, the leaf removal system for their canopy management and much much more. It is a fascinating look at winemaking in South Africa. Enjoy!
