"Chris Hoyne is currently the Director of Community Preparedness for North American Rescue. He is a retired Lt., paramedic from Clearwater Fire & Rescue and is currently a volunteer for Pasco County Fire and Rescue in Florida. He spent 16 years as a medic on the Clearwater SWAT Team and was the Medic Team Leader for 10 years.
