DCASE brings YAS! Fest, a youth arts showcase to Chicago

Mayor Emanuel and the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events (DCASE) are launching a day-long YAS! Fest, happening on Saturday, September 22. The event will feature the work of thousands of Chicago's most promising artists - dance, visual art, spoken word, music, and it's free and open to the public.
