Artist Juan Angel Chavez Transforms an Abandoned Basketball Court into a Community Art Space

Sculptor, Chicagoan, and avid skateboarder, Juan Angel Chavez joined Jill Hopkins in the studio to talk about his current project focused on the revitalization of a community and art space in Chicago's McKinley Park. In partnership with Pabst Blue Ribbon Easy's campaign "Community Days," Juan is transforming what was once an abandoned basketball court into a thriving community art space with a public event taking place on Saturday, 7/13.
