When we elect corrupt leaders, we reap the consequences of our choices.

We must prioritize our relationship with God above all else, followed by our marriage if we're married. When we examine the sufferings Paul endured for Christ, we should question what sacrifices we're making for our faith.

• Making time for God should be our first priority each day
• Our spouse should be our second priority, chosen from among billions of people
• Paul suffered imprisonment, beatings, shipwrecks, and constant danger for Christ
• If nothing in your life is harder because you follow Christ, examine if you're truly following Him
• Every Christian, like every Marine, must be ready to stand for their faith in difficult circumstances
• When citizens elect corrupt leaders, government fails its purpose
• We bear responsibility for our nation's leadership through our votes and civic engagement
• The only solution to societal problems is spreading the gospel and God's truth
