This week I’m joined by my first ever returning guest, Emily Walker. Emily is an instructional designer who helps coaches, consultants and other experts to package their knowledge so they can scale and serve more people. Emily is brilliant at what she does and has helped me design all of my programs, and today she’s sharing her very personal story of being diagnosed with ADHD as an adult.

In recent years there’s been a rise in adult diagnosis of a number of neurodivergent conditions, so I wanted to share Emily's story of how that felt for her before, during and after. Emily is super transparent about what was going on behind the scenes of her business and I can’t wait to share this very personal conversation with you.
