Even worse, her daughter Ruby was also diagnosed in 2nd grade with the same food allergies as mine. They had to eliminate everything with gluten, dairy, nut, and soy–even their favorite brownies! After experiencing the lack of options available, Mindy was determined to solve this problem. Her vision wasn’t just to make the best gluten-free brownies. It was to make THE BEST BROWNIES! Brownies that are so delicious you would never know they are gluten, dairy, nut, and soy free! After countless revisions and fine-tuning, Mindy finally created the winning recipe. Her favorite part is taste-testing with people that don’t have food allergies. They can’t believe they are gluten, dairy, nut and soy free! It brings her great joy that her family and friends are as excited as we are about these brownies. Her vision grew. Mindy wanted to make these brownies available everywhere!
