A serial entrepreneur and perennial do-gooder, she also founded and sold two successful brands—Mama Bare and Parentgiving.com—and served on the board of the White Ribbon Alliance for Safe Motherhood for 8 years. In her “down time” she is an avid runner, studies traditional Japanese karate (currently holding a third-degree black belt), and somehow manages to squeeze in some yoga along the way.
