Episode 78 - Billy Moore meets Ricky Kileen

Ricky Killeen became an IPP prisoner with a 99yr tariff after being involved in a violent crime.   He was determined to go to prison from an early age to be with his father who was his hero and serving a life sentence.  He soon realised this was not the life he wanted and made an effort to change and in doing so wrote a fitness book to help other inmates overcome their low self esteem and mental health.
