Let's Get Vulnerable! What to do with the "hard" of life

We are so vulnerable and raw and had a rough day.

It was a rough day for us and for Alive & Free.  

There is no such thing as a pain free life and we have chosen not to shove our pain and we've chosen not to be powerless to it either.

What do you do when the "hard" of life feels unbearable and how do you grieve and value emotions and also put on your adult hat and get things done?

This is a vulnerable episode and a good one.
