Erika Belanger has been teaching yoga and meditation in the San Fransisco Bay Area since 2015. Her specific teaching method focuses on on anatomy, injury prevention, recovery and down regulation. She uses Roll Model® techniques, Yoga Tune Up® and Neurokinetic Therapy®, to best serve her clients.
