Learning from Failures: My Biggest Business Mistakes and Lessons

Times are changing and you need to stop hustling yourself around in circles in an attempt to grow your business.

I’m a business strategist with 5 years of experience helping other female entrepreneurs scale their businesses with less stress and more efficiency. (Aka fewer setbacks and more momentum!)

The biggest mistake I see women entrepreneurs making is solving a strategy problem by doing more work without a clear plan.

That looks like this:

• Creating more offers to see what sticks. (Without market research or listening to their own intuition.)
• Being inconsistent with their content and messaging focus. They put out a lot of content that doesn’t flow with a natural progression to their offer or is all over the place.
• Relying too much on content to sell for them before they have a validated offer. They avoid sales conversations.
• Hopping from course to course trying to learn the latest strategy instead of sticking to one for 90 days. This usually keeps them in learning mode and never taking all-in action.

As an entrepreneur, I can look back and acknowledge the biggest mistakes I made in my business. When coming up with business plans and strategies, clarity was not always in my favor. Too much focus was on rushing to avoid lack or failure which actually slowed down success and abundance.
