Yes these things are essential but can't we just put on our party dress and unapologetically be a hot mess? 

The Aligned Business Woman podcast is having a special Friday segment called Flow + Pleasure.

I used to think feeling pleasure meant something naughty.

But the more pleasure I have in my business, the better it gets.

There's two sides of me: the good girl nerd  and the wild "Like a Virgin" Madonna version of me. (If you know, you know. )

To fully express both parts of me, I added this special segment. 

There's no structure and likely no show notes. I just riff and flow on what is pleasurable to me... And perhaps you'll find pleasure in it too. 

It may be about having more sex as a muse to your marketing art... 

It may be a little girl on girl  action with interviews I've done on other women's podcasts. (Get your mind out of the gutter!)

Or it may be about the pure bliss of a Goddess Day and how it activates your sacral.

Who knows!? Just tune in.
