Our Friday show once again opens with Tara Bull’s Top 10 News Stories you probably didn’t hear about on the Legacy/mainstream media. The retail price drop in January was significantly worse than expected. Rep. Dan Goldman (D-NY) made a fool of himself once again when questioning a long-standing immigration judge testifying before the Oversight Committee.
It seems Speaker Mike Johnson’s struggle to release the rest of the J6 videos is due to interference from Senate Minority Leader Mitch “The Turtle” McConnell. The CIA has been caught having “cooked the intelligence” to make it look like the Russians wanted Donald Trump to win in 2016, when in reality, Putin preferred Hillary Clinton. Matt Taibbi weighs-in on that new bit of information that the Legacy/mainstream media were all too happy to spread and mislead.
It looks like Hunter Biden’s lawyers are going after the FBI CHS who said Burisma had paid $5 million dollar bribes to both Hunter and Joe. Also, Hunter’s 16 different lawyers are still trying to convince us the laptop from hell isn’t his.
Rounding out the short news subject for today, we look at Joe Biden railing against Special Counsel Robert Hur and the topic of Beau Biden’s death. Seems it was Sleepy Joe who actually brought up his dead son, not Hur.
Just about the rest of the show is then dedicated to recapping elements of Day One of the Big Fani Willis evidentiary hearing. We start with a former business partner of Nathan Wade taking the stand and claiming the Georgia Bar Association said he was not allowed to answer any questions about Willis or Wade. Terrence Bradley desperately hopes he won’t have to say one word, but I can tell you, he is going to be brought back on Day Two and will likely lose that battle with the judge.
Next we analyze the strategy of Nathan Wade to explain why he bought so many things on his own business credit cards, but was then reimbursed with cash by Fani Willis. He also admitted to lying to the courts in his own divorce proceeding when asked about when he first had sex with Fani Willis. The defense team did a good job illustrating Wade’s tendency to lie, cheat and steal and that he and Willis colluded on a scheme where they could claim he never paid for anything, while having to mechanism to track her supposed re-payments.
Then we get to several sound bites from Fani Willis herself. She came across as angry, unhinged, condescending, not very bright, inarticulate and controlling. The defense kept trying to get answers, but Willis kept moving between playing cute to being nasty and vitriolic. However, no matter how she thought she wanted to come across, we found out she was not going to be brought back to the witness chair even for her own side to ask questions in a favorable light. It was really that bad. In fact, even MSNBC was quoted as saying it looks really bad for Fani Willis.
We close the show with an episode of Deep Thoughts by VP Kamala Harris. This time, she tried to discuss Republican freed slave Frederick Douglas in some kind of meaningful way and, as usual, managed to crash and burn instead.
