Political miscalculations, lawfare, faux Islamophobia and 10% for the Big Guy

Today’s show opens with the Secretary of State in Colorado claiming that Donald Trump is guilty until he proves himself innocent. The “rule of law” is on hiatus in Colorado as that state hearing the case to not allow Donald Trump’s name to be put on the ballot for the upcoming election. This is their desperation. Trump attorney, Christina Bobb had a chance to weigh-in on this and had similar thoughts on the subject.

Next I move to what I think may be one of the worst political miscalculations by Governor Ron DeSantis (R-FL). Choosing to appear on MSNBC, DeSantis attempts to convey his real thoughts on a Trump conviction with the oath he took during the debates to support the GOP nominee. Talking out of both sides of his month smacks of his own desperation and I fear it will forever stain his reputation if he runs again in the future.

Onto the state of Connecticut. Now, I know how 2020 this is going to sound, but a democrat judge weighing in on a democrat primary, in a democrat state for the most populated democrat city, came to the realization that one person, stuffing hundreds of ballots into a drop box, calling into question the integrity of the election. Well, what do you know? Video surveillance of a woman cramming ballots made a judge question the validity of an election and he is ordering a new election as a result.

VP Kamala Harris delivered a new initiative from the White House yesterday. With all of the hate, vitriol and terror coming from the Left, they decided it was time to stand up and say, “No more!” They want to put an end to...ISLAMOPHOBIA! I am not making this up folks. And, to show you White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre did not “mis-hear” the question last week, I play back-to-back sound bites of the VP”s speech with Karine’s response about anti-Semitism. Well, what do you know! The wording is identical!

Similarly, the president of Columbia University is strongly opposed to the behavior of a group of students and their actions will not be tolerated. Yes, the President of Columbia University thinks it is shameful for the names and identities of those praising Hamas and Palestinians while advocating for the death and destruction of Israel and the Jews, are being revealed. You cannot make this up, folks.

Onto another bit of utter lunacy, the White House says if the GOP sends a stand-alone funding bill for Israel, Biden will veto it. According the them, Congress needs to fund the monster bill that would also fund Ukraine, the Palestinians and border security. If the GOP chooses to separate the pile of money, it will make Joe Biden very, very angry.

And, speaking of Joe Biden and money, let’s bring you the latest from the Oversight Committee. It seems a lot of money from Communist China made it’s way into Joe Biden’s personal account. And, what do you know, it is exactly 10% for the Big Guy.

Finally, Senator’s Mike Lee (R-UT) and Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) have just introduced legislation to stop the United States from funding the United Nations. This is a great move and hopefully one that gains a lot of traction and support from the rest of Congress. It needs to happen.
