Massive injunction on White House for violating 1A and a new Weiss letter

Today I open with the discovery of cocaine in the White House. Now, who could be responsible for that? But, that’s not the main news item I need to bring to your attention. Yesterday, while the nation celebrated it’s Independence Day, a judge put out an injunction against the White House and most of the Executive Branch for their wanton disregard for the First Amendment.

In the case heard in Federal Court in Louisiana, the Attorney General for the State of Louisiana, Jeff Landry, showed the court devastating evidence of the Federal Government using it’s power to force social media companies to censor Americans.

For long-time listeners, we already knew what they did, but this ruling is a formal injunction that compels the named entities they cannot interact with those companies in any way other than in the pursuit of legitimate crimes, cybersecurity and national security. The case has not yet been decided, as the judge has so much to consider, but the injunction shows he has enough concern to put a temporary stop in place.

Also over the long holiday weekend, Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss felt he needed to send a follow-up letter to Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) and his committee regarding his earlier letter saying he had ultimate authority to bring charges against Hunter Biden in his IRS investigation.

The net of his clarification is to suggest Weiss is playing a careful word game to avoid getting himself in trouble, but ultimately seems to put Attorney General Merrick Garland in a position of having committed perjury when testifying before the Senate. As of now, it seems everything the IRS whistleblower has stated is proving to be correct.
