Don't blame the relief pitcher for runners already on base, Hamas and taqiyya and Leftist agendas

Today’s show opens with a short call-back to how I closed yesterday’s episode. We discussed whether there is a link between having a weak or non-existent spiritual component in our lives and seeing a rise in mental health problems? This discussion was not meant as a way of pushing “religion”, which can be a component of your spiritual health. Rather it was about providing some thoughts on how to nourish your spirit in whichever way seems best fit for you.

The first news topic relates to Hamas, The World Health Organization and newly released video from the IDF of terrorist tunnels and infrastructure under a children’s hospital. While the WHO is content to regurgitate the propaganda given to them by Hamas, Israel is having to counter with their own video evidence.

Next, I think I need to remind people how baseball pitching stats work when it comes to their ERA or earned run average. If a starting pitcher starts to lose their command of their pitches and loads the bases, the manager may make a call to the bullpen. The reliever comes to the mound and may allow a single up the middle, scoring a run. That run is not charged to the reliever. Those runners were already on-base beforehand. Those base runners, if they score, all belong to the starting pitcher’s stats.

Why am I going into this? Because I am growing weary of people on the right throwing Speaker Mike Johnson under the bus for being the reliever and having to deal with the runners Kevin McCarthy put on base. Employ just a modicum of logic and reason to see that he deserves a little more time and grace before we immediately move to burn him at the stake. Even Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) says Johnson needs a little more time, but that he’s happy with the direction thus far.

On the other side of the aisle, remember the Left is going to Left. That means, no matter what else is in their background, Leftists are always, first and foremost, elitists bent on domination and control of the people. That’s just who they are. We just need to look at Gov. Kathy Hochul (D-NY) who just admitted she has a special social media team performing surveillance operations and collecting data so the state can “address” issues with certain people. This is horrifying to consider. On top of that, Hochul is going to break what little is left of the average person’s bank in New York by outlawing any and all gas appliances.

These same Leftists who want to have complete control over our lives have just announced they need to hire 8 more defense attorney’s within the DOJ to help with COVID-19 injury suits. Seems their one-size-fits-all approach if finally coming home to roost.

As we close, can we start demanding people pay attention to the proper use of language. The singer Pink is about to play dates in Florida and says she plans to pass out “banned” books to children. How is she getting them if they are banned? Just because hardcore pornography is not allowed in the public school library, doesn’t mean the books are not available to those who wish to buy them. We have to stop allowing schools to become literal breeding grounds of indoctrination and grooming.

To put a fine point on that last statement, we turn to the Libs of TikTok where an elementary school teacher by the name of Hannah Hoxie took a selfie in her class. Before posting it, she added the following text: Every day is another opportunity to force kids in public schools to be gay. She then added the emoji of a smiling face surrounded by hearts. Stay actively involved in your child’s education and do not assume their teachers solely want to educate them. Far too many want to play Dr. Frankenstein with other people’s children.
