I AM

On this week's podcast, the agents of recovery discuss the two most powerful words in the English language. I AM. Listen as Max, Brock, and Blu discuss the strength that comes from knowing who you are a living behind the attributes that distract you from the authentic self. I am an addict, not anymore.  No self-identification statement could kill the esteem faster. That self-defeated attribute that labels you as a liar, cheat, abuser, self-centered good for nothing looser. Even more concerning, labeling yourself as simply an addict is not to be worn as a badge of honor rather a stepping stone to the ultimate you, to one day say, "I Am An Agent of Recovery".
