Over the last few weeks, I've been inundated with ADHD women in my world talking shit about themselves out loud.
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
As women with later-life ADHD diagnoses, there are a few reasons why we may think that we need to say things like we are "weird" or too much or that we share in a way that is TMI.
After hearing more than enough negative self-talk, I am going over the main reasons why we do this -- pointing out our perceived flaws -- which are exactly that. PERCEIVED.
Walk with me through the top reasons this is a common issue and how to stop doing this to yourself.
You know that when you say something bad about yourself, you can hear you, right?
